These terms and conditions apply to all transactions conducted on designer-city.co.uk. By using designer-city.co.uk you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. ORDERING
To order from designer-city.co.uk simply browse through our site, click on the items you wish to purchase and go to checkout. At checkout you will be provided with alternate payment methods simply choose an appropriate method. All credit or debit card payments will be processed via and encrypted secure server.
Designer-city.co.uk reserve the right to decline any order at our own discretion and to take legal action against any customer who attempts to abuse the website in any particular way.
PRICING
All prices can be shown in GBP (Sterling), Euro or US Dollar and are exclusive of postage and packaging fees and, for customers outside of the EU and custom or other charges.
Customers ordering from countries using other currencies accept that the actual price paid may vary depending on prevalent exchange rates over which designer-city.co.uk have no control.
DELIVERY TIMES & CHARGES
We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days with delivery to out customers within a further 2 working days however actual delivery times are dependant on the actions of our chosen agents which will normally be Royal Mail.
In exceptional circumstances order dispatch or delivery may be delayed and we accept no liability for any loss incurred due to any such delay. Where an order has not been delivered within 15 working days of dispatch then it is considered “lost” and we will issue either a replacement order or refund at our discretion.

Deliveries must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years and over, on receipt of order.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Due to demand products ordered may occasionally be sold out or out of stock where this happens and we are unable to deliver within a reasonable time period you will be informed and given the option to cancel your order or alternatively request an alternate product.
You accept that all products are subject to availability and can be withdrawn at anytime.
STATUTORY RIGHTS
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

Designer-city.co.uk guarantee that all the products on the website are 100% genuine and authentic.
Should you not be satisfied with your product you may return it within 7 days of purchase for a full purchase price, excluding any postage and packaging fee. Used or damaged products cannot be refunded. Items should be unopened, unused and returned in their original packaging in order.

All orders and items are fully checked prior to packaging and dispatch however should you receive either a wrong or faulty item then you may return it to us for replacement. We may from time to time at our discretion agree to provide a refund in place of a replacement.
Items should be unopened, unused and returned in their original packaging and must be returned via Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery. Any other postage services over and above the price of 2nd class recorded delivery shall not be refunded to the customer. We ONLY refund postage on items returned due to damage or being the incorrect item.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel an order within 3 working days of purchase providing the order has not been dispatched or delivered. Orders already dispatched or delivered may only be refunded in accordance with our published returns policy.
